PRN Attending Physician (Hospitalist) - Skilled Nursing Facilities, Andover MA

Provide patient-centered medical care to residents in skilled nursing facilities in Andover, MA. This PRN role offers clinical autonomy, team-based collaboration with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, and participation in quality initiatives - without on-call or overnight duties.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as Attending Physician for assigned residents in skilled nursing facilities.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions; develop and adjust individualized care plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and collaborate closely with NPs/PAs and facility staff.
• Participate in Chronic Care Management, Transitional Care Management, Remote Patient Monitoring, and other quality improvement programs.
• Complete documentation using an intuitive EHR with voice dictation, AI scribe support, and access to UpToDate for clinical decision support.

Schedule

• PRN with flexible scheduling; no fixed start/end times.
• No call and no overnight responsibilities.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with active, unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine.
