Part-Time Medical Director / Attending Physician - Skilled Nursing (Hospitalist)

We’re looking for a committed physician to serve as Medical Director/Attending across skilled nursing facilities in Pratt, Kansas. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, a collaborative team environment, and the chance to make a real difference in the care of post-acute and long-term patients. You’ll work closely with experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to provide thorough, patient-centered care while offering clinical leadership and oversight at assigned facilities.

What the role looks like

• Part-time clinical coverage at local skilled nursing facilities - physicians typically cover each facility 1-2 days per week
• No fixed start or end times, no overnight shifts, and no on-call responsibilities
• Expect to see roughly 18-25 patients per day
• Company-provided iPad with LTE for streamlined documentation
• New graduates who are board-eligible and actively pursuing licensure are welcome to apply

Who we’re looking for

• MD or DO with an active, unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligible for licensure
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine
• Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills
• A compassionate approach and a commitment to patient-centered care
