Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Franklin, MA (Full/Part-Time)

We’re looking for a motivated, clinically skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a rapidly growing urgent care network serving the Boston Metro area. You’ll see patients across multiple clinic locations, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced, team-focused setting - perfect for someone who enjoys variety and flexibility.

Schedule & flexibility

• Centers are open seven days a week. Typical hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-8:00 PM and weekends 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.
• Full-time is 36 hours/week; part-time options are available.
• Flexible scheduling across multiple sites to fit your needs.

Compensation & benefits

• Competitive hourly pay: $75-$85/hour.
• Productivity bonus: $25 for each patient seen over a 4 patients/hour threshold.

What we’re looking for

• Active, unrestricted NP or PA license in Massachusetts.
• Clinical experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care is preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required; ACLS and/or PALS preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume environment.
