Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Boston (NP/PA, FT/PT, $75-$85/hr)

We’re looking for a motivated, clinically confident Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a rapidly growing urgent care network serving the Boston metro area. You’ll work across multiple clinic locations, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Schedule and flexibility

• Centers open seven days a week
• Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• Weekends: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Full-time = 36 hours/week (part-time also available)
• Flexible scheduling across sites to support work-life balance

Compensation and benefits

• Competitive hourly rate: $75.00-$85.00/hour
• Productivity bonus: $25 per patient for visits above 4 patients/hour

What we’re looking for

• Active, unrestricted NP or PA license in Massachusetts
• Prior experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care preferred
• Current CPR/BLS required; ACLS and/or PALS preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced clinical environment
