Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Waltham, MA (Sign-On Bonus & Competitive Pay)

Join our growing urgent care team in Waltham, MA. We seek experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants - new graduates with strong clinical skills are encouraged to apply.

Compensation & benefits

• Base pay: $75-$85/hour
• Performance incentives: up to $25/hour (average total ≈ $96/hour)
• Sign-on bonus: $5,000
• Paid time off: five weeks annually (vacation, holidays, sick)
• CME: three paid CME days per year plus additional CME support

Requirements

• Current, unrestricted Massachusetts NP or PA license
• Minimum six months clinical experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or comparable fast-paced setting; strong new graduates considered
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and patient-centered care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Availability to work every other weekend
