Family Medicine Physician - Outpatient Primary Care (Atlanta, GA)

We’re looking for a committed Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join our growing outpatient team in the Atlanta area. This role centers on patient-focused, comprehensive primary care in a collaborative setting, with a flexible schedule and minimal weekend work - no on-call duties.

Locations

• Alpharetta, Atlanta, Braselton, Buckhead, Dallas, Duluth, Hamilton, and Tyrone

Schedule

• Three weekdays per week (Monday-Friday) with extended hours: 8:00 AM-8:00 PM
• One weekend every other week: 9:00 AM-2:00 PM
• No on-call responsibilities

What you’ll do

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care for adults
• Perform routine exams (including Pap smears) and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Counsel patients on prevention and overall wellness
• Address urgent care needs within the primary care setting
• Collaborate with the care team to support quality outcomes
• Review labs and complete EMR documentation within 72 hours
• Manage a patient mix that averages about 2-2.2 patients per hour, including walk-ins
• Maintain professionalism in all patient and team interactions

Compensation & benefits

• Base compensation $230,000-$280,000 plus 20-30% incentive

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (or Internal Medicine per practice needs)
• Valid, unrestricted Georgia medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong clinical judgment and a dedication to patient-centered care
