Family Medicine Physician - Buckhead Outpatient (Flexible 3-Day Week, No Call, $230-280K+)

Join a growing outpatient team in Buckhead, where you’ll deliver patient-centered primary care in a collaborative, supportive setting. This role offers a balanced, flexible schedule with extended weekday hours, minimal weekend coverage, and no on-call duties - ideal for a physician who values work-life balance while providing high-quality care.

Schedule

• Three weekdays per week (Monday-Friday) with extended hours: 8:00 AM-8:00 PM
• One weekend shift every other week: 9:00 AM-2:00 PM
• No on-call responsibilities

What you’ll do

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care for adult patients
• Conduct routine exams (including Pap smears) and manage both acute and chronic conditions
• Counsel patients on preventive care and wellness to support long-term health
• Address urgent care needs within the primary care setting and manage walk-ins
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to achieve quality outcomes
• Review labs and complete accurate EMR documentation within 72 hours
• Maintain professional, compassionate interactions with patients and teammates
• Manage a patient volume of approximately 2.0-2.2 patients per hour

• Competitive base salary: $230,000-$280,000 plus a 20-30% incentive plan

Who we’re looking for

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (Family Medicine preferred; Internal Medicine candidates considered)
• Valid, unrestricted Georgia medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient-centered care
