Primary Care Nurse Practitioner/PA - Atlanta Area, Collaborative Team, Consistent Schedule & Competitive Pay

Schedule options

• Full-time: Three 12-hour shifts per week. Weekend coverage required every other weekend; weekend availability is mandatory.
• Part-time: Minimum 20 hours per week with consistent availability. Scheduling options: two weekdays (total 24 hours) OR one weekday (12 hours) plus one weekend day (8 hours).

Compensation & benefits

• Salary range: $138,000-$159,000 annually (average $147,000)

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care: assess, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Perform physical exams and preventive health screenings
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Prescribe medications and therapies per state regulations
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program
• Active, unrestricted Georgia NP or PA license
• Current DEA license or ability to obtain one
• 1-2 years of primary care experience preferred; strong new graduates with relevant clinical training will be considered
