Urology Physician Assistant - Outpatient Practice (Boston, MA)

Join a growing, collaborative urology practice just south of Boston, where you’ll work closely with a team of experienced urologists to deliver high-quality outpatient care for patients with a wide range of urologic conditions.

What you’ll do

• Provide comprehensive evaluation, treatment, and follow-up care in an outpatient setting
• Participate in patient education, care planning, and coordination of treatment
• Work collaboratively with physicians and a supportive clinical team to deliver patient-centered care
• Enjoy a primarily outpatient role with no required hospital call; optional hospital call shifts are available for those seeking additional clinical work and compensation

Compensation & benefits

• Competitive salary: $120,000-$130,000 annually (depending on experience)

Qualifications we’re looking for

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
• NCCPA certification required
• Current Massachusetts PA license, or eligibility for licensure; DEA registration or eligibility to obtain one
• Two or more years of PA experience preferred; prior urology experience strongly preferred
• Surgical or specialty outpatient experience will also be considered
• Excellent clinical judgment, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care
