Lead Urgent Care NP/PA - Site Clinical Lead, Mentoring Role, $80-$85/hr, Full Benefits

Join our Londonderry, NH team as a full-time Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in a Lead Provider role. This position offers an opportunity for an experienced APP to deliver high-quality, patient-centered urgent care while providing clinical leadership, mentoring new graduates, and guiding on-site staff in a fast-paced environment. You will drive clinical excellence, uphold safety and efficiency, and help cultivate a collaborative culture focused on outstanding patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive urgent care for patients of all ages
• Serve as the clinical leader for on-site clinical staff
• Mentor and support new graduate NPs/PAs and other allied health professionals
• Promote evidence-based practice and maintain high clinical standards
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and clinical protocols

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program
• Certification by an appropriate NP or PA certifying body
• Active New Hampshire license or eligibility for licensure
• Unrestricted DEA registration required
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• Clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care strongly preferred
• Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, or precepting experience a plus
