Lead Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Site Lead (Windham, NH)

We are hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to serve as Lead Provider at our Windham, NH urgent care. This clinical leadership role requires an experienced APP to deliver high-quality, patient-centered urgent care, supervise and mentor on-site clinical staff, support new graduates, and uphold clinical and regulatory standards in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive urgent care to patients of all ages.
• Act as clinical leader for on-site providers and allied health staff.
• Mentor, precept, and support new graduate NPs/PAs and other clinicians.
• Promote evidence-based practice, high clinical standards, and patient safety.
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in quality improvement and team development activities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
• Certification by a recognized NP or PA certifying body.
• Active New Hampshire license or eligibility for NH licensure.
• Unrestricted DEA registration (must obtain and maintain).
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent).
• Clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care preferred.
• Leadership, mentorship, or precepting experience preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly rate: $80.00-$85.00.
