Lead Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Site Lead (Nashua, NH)

We are seeking a full-time Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to serve as the site’s Lead Provider in Nashua, NH. This leadership role is ideal for an experienced APP who delivers high-quality, patient-centered urgent care, mentors clinical staff, and drives a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement in a busy urgent care environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive urgent care services to patients of all ages.
• Act as clinical leader on-site, guiding clinical workflows and ensuring high standards of care.
• Mentor, support, and precept new graduate NPs/PAs and allied health staff.
• Promote evidence-based practice and adherence to clinical protocols.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

Minimum qualifications:

• Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Certification by an accredited NP or PA certifying body.
• Active New Hampshire license or eligibility for licensure.
• Unrestricted DEA registration.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care strongly preferred.
• Prior leadership, mentorship, or precepting experience is a strong plus.

Compensation and benefits:

• Hourly pay: $80.00-$85.00.
