Full-time urgent care Lead Provider (NP or PA) - Concord, NH

Role summary
Lead the clinical team at a high-volume urgent care site, delivering patient-centered urgent care for all ages. Provide direct patient care, ensure clinical quality and regulatory compliance, mentor new graduates and allied health staff, and promote evidence-based practice and efficient workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive urgent care evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and disposition for patients of all ages.
• Serve as on-site clinical leader for providers and clinical staff.
• Mentor, precept, and support new graduate NPs/PAs and allied health professionals.
• Establish and maintain clinical protocols, ensure adherence to evidence-based guidelines.
• Monitor quality metrics, patient safety, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with administrative leadership on staffing, workflows, and clinical performance.

Required qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
• Certification by a recognized NP or PA certifying body.
• Active New Hampshire license or eligibility for licensure.
• Unrestricted DEA registration (must obtain/maintain).
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).
• Clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, or precepting experience preferred.
