Lead Urgent Care NP/PA - Clinical Lead Role in Littleton, NH with Mentorship & Benefits

Full-time lead provider position in Littleton, NH for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver urgent care services and serve as the clinical leader on-site.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive urgent care to patients of all ages.
• Serve as clinical leader for on-site clinical staff, ensuring high standards of care and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor, precept, and support new graduate NPs/PAs and allied health staff.
• Promote evidence-based practice, patient safety, efficiency, and positive outcomes.
• Assist with clinical workflow improvements and staff education as needed.

Required qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
• Certification by an appropriate NP or PA certifying body.
• Active New Hampshire license or eligibility for licensure.
• Unrestricted DEA registration (must obtain and maintain).
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, or precepting experience preferred.
