Lead Urgent Care NP/PA - Site Clinical Lead in West Lebanon, NH (Mentorship, $80-$85/hr, Full Benefits)

We’re looking for a full-time Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our West Lebanon, NH team as the Lead Provider. This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced APP who loves patient care and enjoys mentoring others. You’ll lead the clinical team on-site, help shape practice standards, support new graduates, and keep our urgent care moving safely and efficiently.

What you’ll do:

• Provide comprehensive urgent care to patients of all ages.
• Serve as the clinical leader for on-site staff, setting and maintaining high standards of care.
• Mentor and support new graduate NPs/PAs and other clinical team members.
• Promote evidence-based practice and continuous quality improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and clinical protocols.

Who we’re looking for:

• Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
• Certification by a recognized NP or PA certifying body.
• Active Maine license (or eligibility for licensure).
• Unrestricted DEA license (must have and maintain).
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care is strongly preferred.
• Leadership, mentorship, or precepting experience is a plus.
