Lead Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Site Clinical Lead)

We are seeking a full-time Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Plaistow, NH team as the Lead Provider. This is a leadership role for an experienced APP who is dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered urgent care while mentoring and guiding clinical staff. As the site’s clinical leader you will ensure clinical excellence, support new graduate providers, and cultivate a collaborative culture that emphasizes safety, efficiency, and exceptional patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive urgent care to patients of all ages.
• Serve as the clinical leader for on-site clinical staff.
• Mentor and support new graduate NPs/PAs and allied health professionals.
• Promote evidence-based practice and maintain high clinical standards.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and clinical protocols.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Certification by a recognized NP or PA certifying body.
• Active state license (or eligibility for licensure).
• Unrestricted DEA registration.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).
• Clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, or precepting experience is a plus.

Compensation & benefits:

• $80.00-$85.00 per hour.
