• Setting: Full-time outpatient primary care
• Compensation: Base $253,643-$380,464 plus bonus opportunities
• Incentives: Quarterly incentive plan (up to 15% of quarterly earnings); eligible for long-term Profit Shares program
• PTO: 160 hours starting day one
• CME: 5 days paid CME leave and $2,000 reimbursement

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Active, unrestricted California medical license
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active DEA license
