Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited school of medicine
• Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active, unrestricted Arizona medical license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
• Strong clinical skills, excellent bedside manner, and effective communication abilities
