Family Medicine Physician - Michigan City, IN (Full-Time)

What you’ll do

• Provide comprehensive primary care across the lifespan: acute care, chronic disease management, preventive care, and wellness exams.
• Diagnose and treat common and complex medical conditions.
• Develop long-term relationships with patients and families.
• Coordinate care with specialists and the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless, evidence-based treatment.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency
• Eligible for or currently holding an unrestricted Indiana medical license
• DEA certification or ability to obtain one
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical skills
