Hospitalist NP/PA - Full-Time, No Nights/Call, Flexible 6-hr Shifts in South Haven, MI

Join a growing team delivering patient-centered care to residents of skilled nursing facilities in South Haven, Michigan. We seek compassionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants dedicated to improving health and quality of life for older adults in a collaborative, team-based setting.

What you’ll do

• Perform daily rounds across skilled nursing facilities, managing acute and chronic conditions and developing treatment and medication plans.
• Complete six-hour facility shifts (typical rounds start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.).
• Document efficiently using a streamlined EHR supported by AI Scribe, voice dictation, and a company-provided iPad with LTE.
• Use evidence-based resources such as UpToDate® to guide clinical decisions.
• No overnight shifts or on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• Board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, NCCPA, or equivalent).
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care preferred.
