Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Skilled Nursing/Long-Term Care (Iron River, MI)

We’re expanding our healthcare team in Iron River, Michigan, and looking for compassionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who enjoy working with older adults in a collaborative, team-based setting. What the role looks like

• Flexible full-time and part-time schedules.
• Full-time shifts are six hours; rounds typically start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
• No overnight shifts and no on-call responsibilities.
• You’ll perform daily rounds, manage acute and chronic conditions, develop and adjust treatment plans, and prescribe medications as needed.
• Charting is streamlined with an EHR that includes AI scribe support and voice dictation; we provide an iPad with LTE.
• You’ll also have access to UpToDate® for real-time clinical guidance.

What we’re looking for

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• Board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA).
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care is preferred but not required.
