Hospitalist NP/PA - Skilled Nursing Care in Escanaba, MI | Flexible 6-hr Shifts, No Nights

We’re expanding a team that delivers high-quality, patient-centered care across skilled nursing facilities in Escanaba, Michigan. If you’re a compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who enjoys working with older adults in a collaborative, team-based setting, we’d love to hear from you.

What the role looks like

• Full-time positions with flexible scheduling.
• Six-hour facility shifts; rounds generally start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
• No call and no overnight responsibilities.
• Perform daily rounds, manage acute and chronic conditions, and develop and prescribe treatment plans.
• Efficient documentation using a streamlined EHR with AI scribe support, voice dictation, and a company-provided iPad with LTE.
• Access to UpToDate® for immediate clinical guidance.

What we’re looking for

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• Board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA).
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care is preferred but not required.
