Part-Time Medical Director / Attending Hospitalist - Skilled Nursing Facilities, St. Charles, MO

Join a collaborative team delivering high-quality care to post-acute and long-term care patients across skilled nursing facilities in St. Charles, Missouri. This part-time role blends clinical practice with leadership: you’ll work alongside experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to provide patient-centered care, while offering clinical oversight and guidance within your assigned facilities. The position is ideal for physicians who value flexibility, work-life balance, and meaningful impact.

What the role looks like

• Part-time coverage of local skilled nursing facilities - physicians typically serve each facility 1-2 days per week
• No fixed daily start or end times, no call responsibilities, and no overnight shifts
• Expect roughly 18-25 visits per day
• Work closely with NPs and PAs in a supportive, team-based environment
• Company-provided iPad with LTE for streamlined documentation
• New graduates who are board-eligible and actively pursuing licensure are encouraged to apply

Who we’re looking for

• MD or DO with an active, unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine
• Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills
• A commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
