Part-Time Medical Director / Hospitalist (Flexible Schedule, No Nights/Call, $50K Retention)

We’re looking for a committed Medical Director/Attending Physician to care for patients in skilled nursing facilities around Columbia, Missouri. This part-time role emphasizes flexibility and teamwork: you’ll collaborate closely with experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver patient-centered care, while providing clinical leadership and oversight within assigned facilities. The position is ideal for physicians who want meaningful clinical work in the post-acute and long-term care setting without the demands of hospital-based schedules.

What we’re looking for:

• Active MD or DO with an unrestricted U.S. medical license, or eligibility to obtain one
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine
• Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills
