Schedule

• 183 annual 24-hour shifts
• Blocked scheduling with 7-day stretches
• Built-in recovery time between rotations

Core responsibilities

• Deliver operative and non-operative management of orthopedic trauma patients
• Participate in trauma call coverage and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
• Manage a wide range of fractures and orthopedic injuries
• Balance operative cases, inpatient management, and follow-up clinic duties
• Maintain timely documentation and uphold high standards of patient care

Qualifications

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery
• Orthopedic Trauma Fellowship completion preferred
• Experience in hospital-based orthopedic trauma care
• Eligibility for Arizona medical licensure and ability to obtain hospital privileges
