Hospitalist NP/PA - Full-Time SNF Care in Broadview Heights, OH | No Nights, Competitive Pay & Sign-On

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities across Broadview Heights, OH as part of a collaborative, team-based clinical team. We are hiring Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants focused on geriatric/post-acute care.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily facility rounds, assess and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Prescribe medications and implement treatment plans
• Communicate with facility staff, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Document efficiently in EHR using AI scribe, voice dictation, and company-provided iPad
• Use clinical resources (UpToDate®) for point-of-care guidance

Schedule

• Full-time positions with flexible scheduling
• Typical facility shifts are six hours; rounds usually begin between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
• No call or overnight responsibilities

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP or PA license
• National certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA)
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care preferred
