What you’ll do

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care for adult patients
• Manage chronic conditions and acute health concerns within your scope
• Work closely with colleagues and support staff to coordinate care and improve patient outcomes

Minimum qualifications

• Graduate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Current Arizona Nurse Practitioner license
• Board certification in the specialty area relevant to this role
• Current CPR certification
• Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Driver’s license and proof of insurance may be required if mileage reimbursement is requested
• Two years of clinical experience preferred
