Hospitalist NP/PA - Skilled Nursing Care in Carson City, MI | Flexible 6-hr Shifts, No Overnight Call

We’re expanding our care team in Carson City, Michigan, and looking for compassionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who enjoy working with older adults in skilled nursing settings. You’ll be part of a collaborative, team-based environment focused on high-quality, patient-centered care and improving residents’ health and quality of life.

What the role looks like

• Full-time positions with flexible scheduling and six-hour facility shifts (rounds typically start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.).
• No call or overnight requirements.
• You’ll perform daily rounds, manage acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications and treatment plans, and coordinate care with facility staff.
• Documentation is streamlined - our EHR includes an AI Scribe, voice dictation, and you’ll receive a company iPad with LTE.
• Clinical support available through UpToDate®.

Who we’re looking for

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• Board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA).
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care is preferred, though motivated new graduates are welcome.
