Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - Full-Time, No Nights/Call, Flexible Shifts, $50K Retention

Join a growing team delivering patient-centered primary care to residents in skilled nursing facilities across Wyoming, Michigan. This full-time role supports Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who provide high-quality, evidence-based care in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Role overview

• Full-time with flexible scheduling: six-hour facility shifts; rounds typically start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
• No overnight shifts or on-call responsibilities
• Average caseload: 15-20 patient visits per day
• Clinical responsibilities: conduct daily rounds, assess and manage acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications, create and implement treatment plans, and coordinate care with nursing and facility staff
• Ensure adherence to clinical and regulatory standards
• Company-provided iPad with LTE and professional lab coat

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted U.S. NP or PA license
• NP board certification: ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, or AACN; PA: NCCPA
• Board certified or board eligible in FM, IM, Geriatrics, PM&R, or ED
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient-care skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a multidisciplinary team
