Family Medicine Physician (Outpatient) - Braselton, GA; Flexible Schedule, No Call

Location: Braselton, Georgia

Schedule

• Three weekdays per week (Monday-Friday), 8:00 AM-8:00 PM
• One weekend every other week, 9:00 AM-2:00 PM
• No on-call responsibilities

Clinical responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care to adults
• Perform routine exams (including Pap smears), manage acute and chronic conditions
• Address urgent care needs within the primary care setting and accommodate walk-ins
• Counsel patients on preventive care and wellness
• Collaborate with the care team to support quality outcomes
• Review labs and complete accurate EMR documentation within 72 hours
• Maintain professionalism in all patient and team interactions
• Expected patient volume: approximately 2.0-2.2 patients per hour

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary: $230,000-$280,000 plus 20-30% incentive

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Valid and unrestricted Georgia medical license, or eligibility to obtain one
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
