Family Medicine Physician - Outpatient Clinic, Alpharetta, GA (Flexible Schedule, No Call)

Join a growing outpatient team in Alpharetta, GA. This role is for a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician delivering high-quality, comprehensive adult primary care in a collaborative clinic setting. No on-call responsibilities.

Schedule

• Three weekdays per week (Mon-Fri coverage window): 8:00 AM-8:00 PM
• Every other weekend: one shift, 9:00 AM-2:00 PM
• Minimal weekend commitment; no on-call

Clinical responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care for adults
• Perform routine exams (including Pap smears), manage acute and chronic conditions
• Evaluate and treat urgent-care needs within the primary care setting
• Counsel patients on preventive care and wellness
• Collaborate with the care team to achieve quality outcomes
• Review labs and complete EMR documentation within 72 hours
• Manage a patient volume of approximately 2.0-2.2 patients per hour, including walk-ins
• Maintain professionalism in all patient and team interactions

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary $230,000-$280,000 plus 20-30% incentive

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (or Internal Medicine as applicable)
• Valid, unrestricted Georgia medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
