Family Medicine Physician - Outpatient, Flexible Schedule, No On-Call, Dallas GA

Join a growing outpatient team in Dallas, Georgia, providing high-quality, patient-centered primary care in a collaborative setting. This role offers a flexible schedule with extended weekday hours, minimal weekend commitment, and no on-call duties.

Schedule

• Three weekdays per week (Monday-Friday), 8:00 AM-8:00 PM
• Every other weekend: Saturday or Sunday, 9:00 AM-2:00 PM
• No on-call responsibilities

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based primary care for adults
• Perform routine exams (including Pap smears) and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Provide preventive care counseling and wellness education
• Treat urgent care needs within the primary care setting
• Collaborate with the care team to promote quality outcomes
• Review labs and complete accurate EMR documentation within 72 hours
• Manage an average patient volume of approximately 2.0-2.2 patients per hour, including walk-ins
• Maintain professionalism in all patient and team interactions

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary $230,000-$280,000 plus 20-30% incentives

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Valid, unrestricted Georgia medical license (or eligibility)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centered care
