Family Medicine Physician - Buckhead Outpatient (Flexible Schedule, No Call, $230K-$280K+)

Join a growing outpatient team in Buckhead, Georgia, delivering high-quality, patient-centered primary care. This role offers a flexible, clinic-focused schedule with extended weekday hours, minimal weekend commitment, and no on-call duties. Ideal candidates are collaborative, committed to evidence-based medicine, and skilled in managing both acute and chronic adult care.

Schedule

• Three weekdays per week (Monday-Friday): 8:00 AM-8:00 PM
• Every other weekend: one shift, 9:00 AM-2:00 PM
• No on-call responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care for an adult population using evidence-based practices
• Conduct routine exams (including Pap smears) and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Address urgent care needs in the primary care setting and see walk-in patients
• Counsel patients on preventive care and overall wellness
• Collaborate with the care team to support quality outcomes
• Review labs and complete accurate EMR documentation within 72 hours
• Maintain a patient volume of approximately 2-2.2 patients per hour
• Demonstrate professionalism in all patient and team interactions

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $230,000-$280,000 plus 20-30% incentive

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (or Internal Medicine as indicated)
• Valid, unrestricted Georgia medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centered care
