Family Medicine Physician - Outpatient Clinic (Atlanta Area)

Join a growing outpatient team in the Atlanta area as a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician providing patient-centered, evidence-based primary care. This role offers a flexible, clinic-focused schedule with extended weekday hours, limited weekend coverage, and no on-call duties - ideal for clinicians who value work-life balance and collaborative practice.

Locations: Alpharetta, Atlanta, Braselton, Buckhead, Dallas, Duluth, Hamilton, Tyrone

Schedule:

• Three weekdays per week (Monday-Friday): 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• One weekend every other week: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• No on-call responsibilities

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive primary care to adults, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute problem evaluation
• Perform routine exams (including Pap smears) and treat urgent care needs within the primary care setting
• Counsel patients on prevention and wellness, supporting continuity of care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to achieve quality outcomes
• Review labs and complete accurate EMR documentation within 72 hours
• Manage a patient volume of approximately 2-2.2 patients per hour, including walk-ins
• Maintain professionalism in all patient and team interactions

Compensation & benefits:

• Base salary $230,000-$280,000 plus 20-30% incentive potential

Requirements:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (or Internal Medicine)
• Valid, unrestricted Georgia medical license or eligibility
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and commitment to patient-centered care
