Family/Internal Medicine Physician - Outpatient Value-Based Care (Garland, TX)

We are seeking a skilled, compassionate Family or Internal Medicine physician to join our 100% outpatient, value-based care clinic in Garland, TX. You will manage acute and chronic conditions, coordinate care with specialists, and emphasize continuity, prevention, and strong patient-provider relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care
• Perform comprehensive initial assessments, including medical histories and risk evaluations
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions; order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment and preventive care plans
• Deliver patient education to support long-term health goals
• Coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists and interdisciplinary care teams
• Supervise Nurse Practitioners when applicable (stipend provided)
• Maintain punctuality to ensure timely patient care and clinic flow

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine (ABIM) or Family Medicine (ABFM); Board Eligible candidates must be within 5 years of residency completion
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience in primary care or urgent care; supervisory experience preferred
• Active Texas medical license and DEA registration in good standing
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
