Value-Based Family/Internal Medicine Physician - Outpatient, 100% Clinic (Grapevine, TX)

We’re looking for a skilled, compassionate Family or Internal Medicine physician to join our 100% outpatient, value-based care clinic in Grapevine, TX. You’ll manage both acute and chronic conditions, coordinate care with specialists, and build long-term relationships with adult patients. Our focus is continuity, prevention, and quality outcomes.

Position highlights

• Work in an outpatient clinic serving adults 18+ with a Monday-Friday schedule; some locations offer extended hours.

• Guaranteed base salary of $240,000 plus up to a 20% annual performance bonus.
• Additional monthly stipend of $1,250 per supervised Nurse Practitioner.
• CME allowance and paid CME hours.

What you’ll do

• Provide patient-centered, high-quality medical care for acute and chronic conditions.
• Perform comprehensive initial assessments, gather medical histories, and evaluate risk.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver preventive care and patient education to support long-term health goals.
• Coordinate referrals to specialists and ensure timely follow-up.
• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to maintain clear communication and continuity of care.
• Supervise Nurse Practitioners when applicable (with the additional monthly stipend).
• Be punctual and organized to help make sure patients are seen on schedule.

What we’re looking for

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine (ABIM) or Family Medicine (ABFM). Board Eligible candidates must be within five years of residency completion.
• Minimum of one year clinical experience in primary care or urgent care; supervisory experience preferred.
• Active Texas medical license and a DEA license in good standing.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
