Schedule and Practice

• Full-time; 7-on/7-off rotation
• Service across a regional network of hospitals north of Boston
• Cerner electronic medical record
• Team-based inpatient care with opportunities for leadership and professional development

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary: $280,000-$325,000 (dependent on experience and shift structure)

Minimum Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Eligible for or hold an unrestricted Massachusetts medical license
• Strong clinical judgment, commitment to patient-centered care, and ability to work in a fast-paced hospital setting
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
