Nocturnist Hospitalist Physician - Boston Suburbs (7-on/7-off)

Key responsibilities

• Provide inpatient medical care on a 7-on / 7-off nocturnist rotation to support work-life balance
• Perform admissions, daily assessments, rounds, and discharges
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive, evidence-based treatment plans
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using Cerner EMR
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and team satisfaction

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (ABIM/ABFM)
• Valid Massachusetts medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills with a commitment to evidence-based practice
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative hospital setting
