Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - No Nights, Flexible 6-hr Shifts, Competitive Pay & Benefits

Position highlights

• Full-time roles with flexible scheduling; six-hour facility shifts for full-time providers (rounds generally start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.).
• No overnight shifts or on-call responsibilities.
• Conduct daily rounds, manage acute and chronic conditions, and develop and prescribe treatment plans.
• Efficient documentation supported by a streamlined EHR with AI scribe, voice dictation, and a company-provided iPad with LTE.
• Access UpToDate® for real-time clinical guidance.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• National certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, NCCPA, or equivalent).
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care preferred.
