Job Description

Ref #: A-LPN-67560

We're looking for an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse to join a long-term care team in Claremont, NH. This is a contract/travel evening position starting 06/16/2026. The schedule is 8-hour evening shifts, every other weekend, and the pay is $1,668 for a 40-hour week.

Why this role might be a great fit:

  • You'll be working in a smaller, rural facility where hands-on LPN skills and flexibility are valued.
  • Previous travel and rural/small-facility experience are highly preferred, so you’ll fit right in if you’ve done similar assignments.

Requirements (please read carefully):

  • Minimum 3 years current experience, with at least some experience within the last 6 months.
  • Must be willing to float to other units where experienced.
  • IV certification required — if you don’t have it, you must be willing to obtain it during onboarding.
  • All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at initial presentation, approved up front, and cannot exceed 5 days; holiday RTO is not approved.
  • COVID-19 vaccination required.
  • Must not reside within 50 miles of the facility (permanent address).
  • New Hampshire license required (compact licenses accepted).
  • BLS (AHA) required.

If you meet these qualifications and are ready for a rewarding evening contract in a community-focused long-term care setting, we’d love to hear from you.
