Compensation:

• Local: $28.00/hr — Local PPW: $1008 (36 hours)
• Travel: $28.00/hr — Travel PPW: $1008 (36 hours)

Required Certifications / Documents:

• Active, valid Licensed Practical Nurse state license
• BLS certification
• State or federal photo ID (registry personnel must bring and wear a photo badge at the facility)
• Proof of original or updated COVID-19 vaccination, or documented medical/religious exemption from employer; additional doses must be received where required by law

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician direction
• Perform patient assessments and administer prescribed medications and treatments
• Evaluate, clean, dress, and manage wounds; monitor for infection/complications
• Monitor and document vital signs continuously as appropriate
• Maintain accurate patient records and provide patient/family education on conditions and self-care
• Respond to medical emergencies and follow infection control protocols
