Join a busy Rutland, VT team on an 11-week contract (non-travel) starting Jun 11, 2026. This night-shift position works 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM and is billed locally at $904 per 40-hour week.

What we’re looking for

• An active, valid Licensed Practical Nurse state license.
• Current BLS certification.

What you’ll be doing

• Provide hands-on nursing care under the direction of RNs and physicians, day-to-day.
• Perform patient assessments, give prescribed medications, and carry out treatments safely and accurately.
• Manage wound care — evaluate, clean, dress wounds, and watch for signs of infection or complications.
• Monitor and record vital signs regularly and document changes in condition.
• Keep thorough patient records and communicate clearly with patients and families about diagnoses, care plans, and self-care instructions.
• React quickly and appropriately in medical emergencies and follow infection control protocols at all times.
