Summary:
Provide clinical social work services in a secure/correctional setting. Manage an independent caseload, deliver therapeutic interventions and crisis management, and collaborate with multidisciplinary and correctional staff.

Minimum qualifications:

• MSW from an accredited program
• Active Wisconsin LCSW license
• Clinical counseling training and demonstrated experience
• Competence in crisis intervention and risk assessment
• Able to work independently
• Correctional experience preferred

Key responsibilities:

• Provide individual counseling and evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Manage a caseload of ~20–30 patients per week
• Conduct psychosocial assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop/update treatment plans
• Perform crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and records
• Coordinate care and communicate with multidisciplinary team members and correctional staff

Compensation/terms:

• Contract position, 26 weeks, hourly at $54.90
• Begin ASAP; standard 07:30–18:00 schedule
