Minimum qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
• Active Wisconsin LCSW license
• Training and experience in clinical counseling
• Experience with crisis management and working in secure/correctional environments preferred
• Ability to work independently

Key responsibilities:

• Provide individual counseling and therapeutic interventions
• Manage a caseload of ~20–30 patients per week
• Conduct psychosocial assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop treatment plans
• Perform crisis intervention and risk assessments
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and correctional staff
