We’re looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to join a home health contract in Pittsfield, MA starting August 10, 2026. This is a daytime assignment (8:00 AM–4:30 PM), 8-hour shifts, with no regular weekend or on-call duties—holiday coverage only if needed. The position is paid at $2,076 per 40-hour week.

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing skilled LPN care in patients’ homes as part of a home health team
• Managing and documenting patient assessments using OASIS
• Administering and monitoring infusion therapy as required
• Coordinating with nurses, therapists, and case managers to support patient care plans

What we’re looking for:

• Active Massachusetts LPN license
• Minimum one year of acute nursing experience (hospital-based preferred)
• Prior home health experience and certification in home health care
• Proficiency with OASIS documentation
• Infusion therapy experience
• Current BLS certification
