Geriatric-Focused Primary Care Physician (Family/Internal Med) — Weekdays, No Inpatient, $230–310K

We are looking for a compassionate, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric physician to join an established outpatient practice in White Plains, NY caring primarily for older adults. This full-time, permanent role offers a predictable weekday schedule, no inpatient duties, and a collaborative, patient-centered environment focused on value-based care.

Key details

• Compensation: $230,000–$310,000 annually, commensurate with experience
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Setting: Outpatient only (no inpatient responsibility)
• Care model: Value-based care
• Patient population: Mostly geriatric with expanding Internal Medicine (18+)
• Patient volume: Manageable panel with an average of 7–10 patients per day
• Candidates: New graduates welcome; bilingual/multilingual skills a plus

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
• Active New York State medical license or eligibility
• Medicare and Medicaid provider enrollment (active or eligible)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a strong commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
