Part‑Time Hospitalist NP/PA — Flexible Days, No Nights/Call, Up to $50K Retention Bonus

Provide patient-centered primary care to residents in skilled nursing facilities across Ridgway, Illinois, as part of a growing clinical team. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, no call or overnight duties, and close collaboration with physicians and facility staff to deliver evidence-based care.

• Primary: Ridgway, IL
• Additional Illinois facilities: Coulterville, Flanagan, Galesburg, Henry
• Nationwide opportunities: GA, IN, KS, MI, MO, OH, TN, WI

Role highlights

• Part-time with flexible scheduling; typical six-hour facility shifts beginning between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
• No on-call or overnight responsibilities
• Average 15–20 patient visits per day
• Perform daily rounds, manage acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Work closely with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
• Company-provided iPad with LTE and professional lab coat

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted U.S. NP or PA license
• Board certification: NPs (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, or AACN); PAs (NCCPA)
• Board certified or eligible in FM, IM, Geriatrics, PM&R, or ED
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and patient-centered approach
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team
