Lead Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Lead Provider) - Nashua, NH

We’re looking for a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Nashua, NH urgent care team as the Lead Provider. This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced APP who loves patient care and enjoys coaching others. You’ll be the clinical point person at the site—delivering care, supporting new grads, and helping shape a safe, efficient, and collaborative environment focused on excellent patient outcomes.

What you’ll do:

• Provide comprehensive urgent care to patients of all ages
• Serve as the clinical leader for on-site clinical staff
• Mentor and support new graduate NPs/PAs and allied health professionals
• Promote evidence-based practice and maintain high clinical standards
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and clinical protocols

What we’re looking for:

• Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program
• Certification by a recognized NP or PA certifying body
• Active Maine license (or eligibility for licensure)
• Unrestricted DEA license (must have and maintain)
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care is strongly preferred
• Leadership, mentorship, or precepting experience is a plus

Pay and benefits:

• $80.00–$85.00 per hour
