Lead Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Lead Provider) - West Lebanon, NH

Join our West Lebanon, NH team as a full-time Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in a Lead Provider role. This is an excellent leadership opportunity for an experienced APP who is committed to high-quality, patient-centered urgent care and enjoys mentoring clinical staff. As the clinical lead, you will ensure clinical excellence, support new graduate providers, and cultivate a collaborative culture focused on safety, efficiency, and strong patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive urgent care to patients across the lifespan
• Serve as the on-site clinical leader for all clinical staff
• Mentor and support new graduate NPs/PAs and allied health professionals
• Promote evidence-based practice and maintain high clinical standards
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, licensure, and clinical protocols

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program
• Current certification from a recognized NP or PA credentialing body
• Active New Hampshire license, or eligibility for licensure
• Unrestricted DEA registration (must be obtained and maintained)
• BLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross)
• Clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care preferred
• Leadership, mentorship, or precepting experience is a plus

Compensation & benefits:

• $80.00–$85.00 per hour
