Full-time Lead Provider (Urgent Care) — Littleton, NH

Overview
Seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to serve as the clinical lead at our Littleton, NH urgent care. This role delivers urgent care to patients of all ages, ensures clinical quality and compliance, and mentors new and existing clinical staff in a fast-paced ambulatory setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive urgent care evaluation and treatment for all ages
• Serve as on-site clinical leader and point of contact for clinical staff
• Mentor, precept, and support new graduate NPs/PAs and allied health professionals
• Promote evidence-based practice, standardize workflows, and monitor clinical quality
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, credentialing, and protocol requirements
• Collaborate with administrative leadership on staffing, education, and process improvements

Requirements

• Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program
• Active certification from a recognized NP or PA certifying body
• Active NH license or eligibility for NH licensure
• Unrestricted DEA registration (maintained)
• Current BLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross)
• Clinical experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or ambulatory care preferred
• Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, or precepting experience preferred

Compensation & benefits

• Hourly pay: $80.00–$85.00
